We are seeking a Business Program Manager who will be responsible for managing multiple projects at the divisional level or large programs. The Business Program Manager is responsible for providing programmatic, business, and administrative leadership for programs. This position will provide overall management for programs including research and writing. The Business Program Manager for Non-Degree/Non-Credit (NC&NC) and Microcredentials is responsible for administration, maintenance, data governance, and performance of the university’s ND&NC and Microcredential technology platforms (Modern Campus and Accredible). In addition, the position will provide day-to-day management of the billing, allocation charges, and recovery chargebacks for those systems and apply analytical tools for financial information for internal reporting purposes. Reporting to the Vice Provost of Academic Affairs and Innovation, we are seeking an Academic Affairs Program Manager who will work collaboratively with the Executive Vice Provost (EVP) and Vice Provost of Academic Affairs and Innovation to oversee the development, strategic planning, and implementation of initiatives led and managed by central academic affairs. These initiatives advance the mission of the University by transcending school and divisional boundaries to coordinate and strengthen University policies and procedures while supporting research, education, and the student experience.
