About The Position
As a Business Program Manager in Specialized Commercial Banking, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Specialized Industries and Capital Markets, as well as the leadership team. This position is designed to create leverage for the leadership team by applying discretion and independent decision-making across various functions, including financial reporting, information management, content creation, special projects, strategy implementation, team and office management, and administrative support. Your contributions will be essential in helping the senior leadership team make informed decisions and execute their strategic vision for the bank. In this role, you will independently manage projects, enhancing the effectiveness of the team. You will be responsible for gathering information to prepare reports, assisting with event planning, managing inquiries, prioritizing meetings for executives, and creating timely communications. Your knowledge of the Specialized Industries and Capital Markets will be crucial in performing all tasks effectively. The position requires a proactive approach to project management, ensuring that leadership priorities are translated into executable plans, and that projects are brought to closure through problem-solving and collaboration with team members and partners. You will also create content to support executive presentations, board materials, and team meetings, which may include presentations, agendas, executive summaries, and spreadsheets. Analyzing data to derive insights that support decision-making will be a key responsibility, along with assisting other senior leadership team members with special projects and research as needed. Your role will involve organizing written and verbal communications, drafting documents, taking meeting minutes, and overseeing recordkeeping and filing. Additionally, you will manage travel arrangements, calendars, and meeting requests to ensure an orderly schedule for the Head of Specialized Industries and Capital Markets and other executives.
