The Reality Labs (RL) Employee Effectiveness (EF) team delivers efficient, scalable solutions that enable RL employees to do their best work, so they can build tools that help people feel connected anytime, anywhere. As Business Program Manager for RL Hub, you will own the products and platforms that let us serve RL employees at scale across our Onboarding, Manager Effectiveness, and Knowledge Management programs. You will collaborate with partners on the EF team and RL-wide to understand program and audience needs, plan and optimize products to deliver value efficiently, and work with internal and external developers to build and continuously improve the products you own. Your work will ensure RL employees at all levels have the information they need, when they need it, to achieve business goals across the organization.
