About The Position

With a vision to "Build and sell Microsoft AI, Cloud applications, services, and devices with partners, empowering people and organizations to achieve more," Windows & Device Sales (WDS) is responsible for driving revenue outcomes with partners through innovative solutions–at scale. As part of WDS, Device Partner Sales (DPS) plays a critical role in achieving this mission. We build, market and sell breakthrough AI-powered devices and cloud experiences with partners, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), device distribution and reseller channels, Original Design Manufacturers (ODM), and Silicon providers. We work closely across the device partner ecosystem and internal teams to transform the world of computing. Opportunities in DPS are expansive. We span the entire product lifecycle from incubation, prototyping, and portfolio planning to the device design, and selling them through the Retail, Distribution and Reseller channel, sell-through to their consumer and commercial customers. As a member of our team, you will be part of growing a multibillion-dollar business, charting new areas of innovation and contributing to our partnership engagements worldwide. You will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and growth of Windows devices and AI services in partnership with the strength of our device partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Manage OEM licensing of Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure, server, and IoT server products.
  • Manage strategic licensing initiatives using a data-driven approach to align licensing models and partner strategies with DPS priorities.
  • Influence strategy and build relationships with top OEM partners and leadership teams.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional execution across service business groups and stakeholders.
  • Champion stakeholder success and embed compliance and regulatory integrity into every initiative.
  • Simplify complexity, enable innovation, and accelerate the server business.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to DPS management and leadership, driving clarity and impact.
