As the Business Product Manager for navify Clinical Hub (Clinical Care Orchestration), you will be a member of the Clinical Workflows International Business Team. The Business Product Manager is a critical role in ensuring the success of our vision to build and bring innovative solutions to our customers in the (relevant) settings. The Business Product Manager will execute on a product strategy and own the holistic product vision and delivery within the business team. This position will be responsible for gathering deep customer insights and developing accurate product and feature requirements for new product introductions that leads to desired outcome. They will develop a winning value proposition for the product to deliver customer requirements and ultimately be in charge of developing the business plans, competitive strategies, pricing analyses, sales/revenue forecasts, product positioning plans and launch plans. They will lead cross-functional teams' alignment, so as to guide the focus of the experts and squads. As such, you will closely work with other product managers and cross-functional stakeholders across Roche Diagnostics Global & Affiliate organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Driving the Product Roadmap, VoC, and KOL Engagements
  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap for our clinical care orchestration offering.
  • Identify customer segments, and define compelling value propositions to drive adoption, and grow revenue.
  • Gather deep customer insights and develop accurate product and feature requirements for new introductions.
  • Cultivate networks with key opinion leaders in the industry.
  • Distill key questions needing answers to make product feature and pricing decisions.
  • Utilize data insights, market and customer research to continually improve the product.
  • Identify opportunities and generate ideas for growth and strengthening the performance of our product.
  • Test new ideas and features with internal customers.
  • Tailor features in the product to meet the needs of the target customer segments.
  • Support and provide guidance on the creation of marketing collateral.
  • Work with key internal departments to help resolve product design issues.
  • Forecast revenue or savings opportunities associated with product development initiatives.
  • Participate in and influence the development of pricing strategies.
  • Lead OKR creation for the product line.
  • Evaluate product sales performance and make enhancements as required.
  • Assess potential new business models and opportunities.
  • Align and influence cross functional team on a product level mission and roadmap.
  • Represent the product team as the key figure driving the product vision.
  • Collaborate closely with the commercial teams and internal partners/stakeholders.
  • Clearly communicate plans, insights, data, and results to a spectrum of audiences.
  • Conduct customer visits and produce trip reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Clinical Science, Health Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree in Science/Engineering or an MBA is a big plus.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in product management, product marketing and sales, in Medtech, Life Sciences, or the Digital Health industry.
  • High degree of subject matter expertise in scientific or clinical background.
  • Experience of the software market in clinical oncology.
  • Deep understanding of the Diagnostics industry, lifecycle & development process and global trends.
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Consistent record of building collaborative relationships with peers and teams.
  • Experience leading, motivating, coaching people and teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including clear, succinct and timely communication.
