About The Position
As a Business Process / UAT Test Analyst at UnitedHealth Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality testing standards before they are delivered. This position is part of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Team, where you will be responsible for performing UAT and Quality Assurance analytics specifically for Medicare Part D Government Program operations. Your work will involve analyzing and decomposing business requirements to extract test requirements, developing and executing effective test plans and test cases, and ensuring that new system requirements and enhancements are thoroughly tested and delivered in a timely manner. In this highly visible role, you will have the opportunity to participate in building and establishing policies, standards, and procedures for the UAT Team. You will be expected to log and track defects to closure, monitor and communicate test results, and work closely with the Project Team to identify risks early in the process. Additionally, you will create and maintain UAT documentation, communication, and process workflows, ensuring a consistent and repeatable testing process. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations to improve the system. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, with occasional overtime as needed. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training to prepare you for your responsibilities.
