About The Position
As a Business Process / UAT Test Analyst at UnitedHealth Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality testing standards before they are delivered. This position is part of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Team, where you will be responsible for performing UAT and Quality Assurance analytics specifically for Medicare Part D Government Program operations. Your work will involve analyzing and decomposing business requirements to extract test requirements, developing and executing effective test plans and test cases, and testing system requirements and enhancements. You will also be tasked with analyzing data, troubleshooting issues to define root causes, and logging and tracking defects to closure. Monitoring, measuring, and communicating test results will be essential to your role, as will creating and preparing UAT documentation and process workflows. In this highly visible role, you will have the opportunity to participate in building and establishing policies, standards, and procedures for the UAT Team. You will work closely with the Project Team to identify risks early and improve processes to reduce post-implementation issues. This position requires strong project management skills as you will manage multiple priorities and support other project testing as needed. The role is full-time, requiring flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, with occasional overtime as necessary.
