About The Position
The Business Process Transformation Expert will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives across the Lines of business, focusing on implementing change initiatives such as task transfer, BMP, Submission Intake, Salesforce, and others. This role will independently drive transformational initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure alignment with business goals across all Lines of Business in North America. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical skills, project management, and the ability to collaborate with leadership and peer groups.
