This role will be responsible for supporting the development of a governance and operating model. What Your Day Might Include… Be a member of a team that applies process improvement, reengineering, modernization, or transformation principles, approaches, and methodologies to design a governance and operating model for the customer. Support preparation and facilitation of value stream mapping activities. Incorporate agile principles into the governance and operating model. Develop a model to prioritize requirements for upcoming development. Facilitate meetings to assist management in the development of clear statements of quantifiable goals, objectives, and metrics. Provide support for the design and implementation of enhancements to information processing systems.
