About The Position

The Business Process Manager (BPM) at Fareva USA is a key role responsible for refining and optimizing business processes across various departments. This position focuses on aligning technology solutions with business needs, enhancing productivity, and ensuring compliance with strategic goals. The BPM will work closely with stakeholders to implement SAP functionality and manage projects from inception to completion, driving improvements in operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience with SAP modules, including implementation and support, preferably in manufacturing settings.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP master data, module integration, and reporting tools.
  • Experience in project management with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in pharmaceutical or cosmetic manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with make-to-stock and make-to-order manufacturing processes.
  • Experience working with onsite and offshore models.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, document, and improve business processes.
  • Drive the implementation and optimization of SAP functionality, acting as the liaison between IT and business units.
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, including requirement gathering, testing, training, and deployment.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for stakeholders to ensure process alignment and knowledge sharing.
  • Investigate upstream and downstream impacts of process changes and communicate findings to leadership.
  • Lead root cause analysis for SAP and business system challenges, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain functional specifications, workflow documentation, and system improvements.
