We are seeking a Business Process Manager focused on modernizing and improving key Sales and Sales Finance processes. This role will drive transformation in areas such as contra revenue, back margin, commissions, OPEX programs, headcount dollars and programs, etc. with an emphasis on leveraging process reengineering, automation and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and insight generation. You will work with a Business Process Transformation Lead and a team of functional subject-matter experts across Sales, Sales Finance, Operations and Technology to gain a deep understanding of their work, completing thorough current state business process mapping to identify bottlenecks and opportunities. You will leverage your expertise to design scalable and achievable future state process flows, including associated technical and data requirements, and support the execution of this vision with the goal of achieving measurable business impact. A core aspect of this role is building strong partnerships with regional sales and sales finance teams in-market to understand local practices and support the adoption of globally aligned processes. Regular international travel is required, as in-person collaboration is critical to understanding local workflows and ensuring practical, scalable process design. Additionally, flexibility to work across different time zones to support, and collaborate with globally distributed stakeholders is essential. This is a pioneering opportunity to work on a nimble and uniquely impactful team within one of the largest companies in the world, to shape how we continue to scale. You will be a force multiplier with rich exposure to key leaders in the company — driving better systems, smoother processes, and smarter decisions. If you are energized by connecting the dots between business process, systems, and execution — and love building things that last — we would love to hear from you.
