Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including PowerPoint and executive presentations
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide supply chain expertise to improve business processes and operational performance
• Partner cross-functionally with IT and business teams to translate business needs into system requirements and scalable solutions
• Perform complex data analysis and translate insights into clear recommendations for leadership
• Lead and support strategic initiatives that drive sales, improve inventory efficiency, and accelerate decision-making
• Create and maintain process documentation and workflows using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
• Develop executive-level presentations and communicate recommendations to senior leadership
• Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement across supply chain operations
• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving for operational or system-related issues
