We have an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Business Process / D365 Project Manager to join our team in Fremont, California. Our ideal candidate will play a critical role in understanding and designing our core business processes, leading organizational change initiatives, and managing projects to ensure the successful implementation of new ERP systems, including migrating from legacy systems to D365.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of 5 years or more in business process management and change management within the manufacturing industry.
  • Extensive experience with ERP systems, including implementing new systems and phasing out legacy systems.
  • Strong understanding of D365 or similar ERP systems.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to drive organizational change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand existing business processes within similar industries.
  • Perform gap analysis and to-be process design respecting business requirements and capabilities of application standard functionality.
  • Lead discussions on process optimization and necessary organizational changes to enhance process efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and change management.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to process improvements and ERP system implementation.
  • Manage the transition from old legacy systems to new ERP systems, specifically D365.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of new systems.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new processes and systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and make necessary adjustments.
  • All other duties as assigned.
