About The Position

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive effective delivery and management of assigned projects through the implementation of a stage gate process that takes initiatives through ideation, feasibility, proforma development, execution, and project closure.
• Identifies gaps in performance versus best practices and works with all levels of the organization in establishing and executing a plan for improvement.
• Assists with assessment and documentation of the current state, development of the ideal future state process and drives and monitors the implementation plan.
• Prepare flowcharts and other related reporting packages to track both project deliverables/timelines and key issues.
• Provide expert support, analysis, and research into complex problems and processes relating to assigned processes.
• Develop slides or reports for leadership updates and decision making.
