About The Position

As the Business Process Expert, you will represent Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) in support of the SAP Commercial Order planning domain. Your role involves developing, implementing and driving continuous improvements of the standardized business capabilities, while capturing learnings and actively sharing success within your community. You will expel knowledge and best practices globally through Communities of practice (CoP), solve systemic issues and drive impact while maintaining bi-directional engagement. You will secure engagements for change requests and ensure that individuals have the knowledge and skills needed to implement the newest capability, by promoting continuous improvement in a methodical and disciplined way (e.g., releases, kaizen-based, etc.). Additionally, you will support the change control board in their ongoing monitoring and control efforts, while managing change requests to meet current and new business requirements. You will oversee changes in the Process Framework to the level of standard, ensuring that tools, data models, job descriptions, training, procedures, and work instructions are aligned and remain in a state of control.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP business process development.
  • Strong knowledge in SAP configuration and process execution (SAP ECC 6.0 - highly preferred).
  • Experience leading or participating in project management activities related to continuous improvement and the implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
