In this role, you will coordinate processes and facilitate overall stakeholder engagement to ensure that information systems effectively support departmental business operations. This position is part of our Federal Solutions team. The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in business process design and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple business units.
  • Ability to recommend and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
  • An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with information systems and their application in business operations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of strategic business planning methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data to contribute to the development of strategic business plans.
  • Recommend enhancements to daily operating procedures for improved efficiency.
  • Oversee business functions that may involve participation from multiple business units.
  • Advise on and improve work methods, procedures, manpower use, work distribution, management controls, and documentation systems.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Mission Architect to optimize adherence to TO goals and requirements.
