We are looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record of leading and managing complex projects and a passion for driving change. This role requires strong interpersonal communication skills, confidence in working with executive leadership, and the ability to build and maintain trusting and effective relationships with diverse staff at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience facilitating and guiding strategic discussions, synthesizing diverse opinions, managing conflict and difficult conversations, and coaching teams towards aligned outcomes. They should also be adept at creating a safe, open environment where creative and strategic thinking can flourish. The Business Process Consultant Senior will play a vital role in leading the development of our strategic plan and facilitating collaboration among various divisions and stakeholders. In this role, you will: Lead and support ACDS' comprehensive strategic planning and alignment initiatives including planning, coordinating, and facilitating strategic discussions and workshops. Manage department meeting cadence, develop schedules and agendas, synthesize key points into clear insights and recommendations, document action items, and build accountability systems.
