The Revenue Cycle Business Consultant supports revenue cycle processes that span multiple departments, multiple workflows and systems or supports analytic efforts of the revenue cycle through report development, data quality assurance, process mapping and analysis. What You Bring Digital Transformation Expertise: Proven experience in identifying, designing, and implementing AI or RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions within a complex hospital or healthcare environment. Strategic Analytical Mindset: A passion for data-driven decision-making and an ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business process improvements. Epic Systems Proficiency: Deep familiarity with Epic systems and an understanding of how to leverage its framework for revenue cycle optimization and automation. Collaborative Leadership: The ability to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders—from clinical unit leaders to the Chief Nursing Officer—to deliver technical solutions that respect operational realities. Operational Excellence: A robust understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, including registration, billing, and payer contract structures.
