About The Position

This internship will work 32 hours per week, beginning in early June and run 8 weeks through early August. The Intern will work onsite at our corporate headquarters in West Des Moines, IA. The Business Process Automation Intern will learn from the Point and Automation team and partner with the Automation Task Force to contribute to the advancement of technology solutions, enhancing employee productivity and process efficiency. By documenting workflows through process mapping, developing and deploying cutting-edge automation solutions, and managing multiple tasks with precision, the intern will bring substantial value to ITA Group. This position provides hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerPlatform tools, and a unique chance to explore various career paths within ITA, making it an exciting and invaluable experience for those passionate about technology and innovation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document processes accurately.
