Partner Forces is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support business process reengineering efforts by analyzing workflows, documenting processes, and assisting in development of improved operational solutions. This role contributes to process design, performance tracking, and implementation activities while working collaboratively with stakeholders and senior analysts.

Requirements

  • US Citizen (the nature of our contract requires employees be US citizens)
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Ability to be on-site in-person in Baltimore, MD
  • 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or business process reengineering
  • Experience documenting processes and supporting process improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, client-facing environment
  • Experience with Jira or workflow management systems

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop process documentation including process maps, SOPs, and business rules
  • Assist in designing improved workflows and documenting future-state processes
  • Support requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions
  • Contribute to development of KPIs and performance tracking methods
  • Assist with implementation planning and process transition activities
  • Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer efforts
  • Prepare reports, briefings, and process documentation deliverables
  • Track risks, dependencies, and action items related to process initiatives
  • Collaborate with Senior Analysts and stakeholders to refine solutions
