About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to manage the day-to-day execution of the First Sale for Export (FSFE) operating model. This role will be essential in optimizing customs valuation and intercompany flows, ensuring compliance and alignment across our global distribution network.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in supply planning, distribution/logistics operations, or global trade compliance.
Experience with intercompany supply chains and executing first-sale or multi-leg valuation models.
Proficiency in SAP IBP, APO, or ECC is preferred.
Experience with iCertis or other Contract Lifecycle Management systems.
Proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
Strong documentation skills for customs and audit purposes.

Nice To Haves

Life-sciences or regulated industry
Experience with product compliance, labeling/packaging controls, and quality interfaces.
Experience in analytics and data analysis, particularly using Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
Contract lifecycle management support experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Monitor the intercompany order chain to ensure compliance between physical shipments and commercial documents across first and second sale events.
Translate consensus forecast and IBP supply plan into intercompany POs/SOs, delivery schedules, and shipments.
Identify capacity or material lead-time constraints and coordinate mitigation efforts.
Generate and route supply agreements and change requests for review and approval.
Serve as the point of contact between various departments to ensure timely FSFE process execution.
Validate contractual details and correct master data as needed.
Review stock transfers and monitor customs holds, resolving issues with the Trade Compliance team.
Maintain audit logs and provide necessary documentation to ensure compliance.
