About The Position

In this role, you will analyze existing Genetec proprietary systems and technologies, assessing their performance and conducting software solution system analysis. You will provide guidance and support to establish and confirm business needs and objectives that these systems can fulfill. Your responsibilities will include confirming systems requirements, diagnosing problems, and analyzing issues related to information management. You will also analyze cost benefits and troubleshoot the systems, providing technical input regarding new upgrades and assisting in testing new features. Collaboration with developers will be essential if customizations are required, and you will assess security risks post-upgrade to ensure appropriate security privileges are assigned in collaboration with system administrators.

Requirements

• Must have four (4) years of analyst experience
• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, E-commerce, and Retail business process
• Experience in ERP implementation or upgrade
• Experience with business processes analysis and efficiency improvement mainly in the Retail industry
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) or F&O, SAP or other
• Experience in Use Case and Business Process mapping (UML & BPMN2.0)

• Confirm systems requirements of various Genetec proprietary systems and technologies
• Diagnose problems and issues with our Genetec proprietary systems and technologies
• Analyze problems regarding information management by Genetec proprietary systems and technologies
• Analyze cost benefits and troubleshoot Genetec proprietary systems and technologies
• Provide technical input regarding new Genetec proprietary system upgrades
• Assist in testing new feature upgrades to Genetec proprietary systems and provide implementation advice to align with business needs
• Collaborate with the system's developers if new features require customizations
• Assess security risks after Genetec proprietary system upgrades to assign the right security privilege in collaboration with system administrators.
