Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Business Process Analyst Senior. Here, you'll see the bigger picture on mission initiatives and where your program management career can go at GDIT. Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a TS/SCI level clearance.

  • Ingest, combine, and analyze inputs across various sources, including labor forecasts, material procurements, travel and ODCs, and contract modifications to provide an accurate picture of current program health for multiple prime contracts and subcontracts.
  • Analyze trends from past contract years to provide insights to Business Area leadership on future expected costs and contract values.
  • Understand how to set and re-baseline project budgets and management reserves across multiple contracts' Task Orders and CLINs.
  • Provide inputs and insights for corporate deliverables, including EACs and Outlooks.
  • Consistently manage and monitor data quality from various internal sources.
  • Consistently suggest, create, and implement potential opportunities for efficiency or process improvement across all cost control-related tasks within the Business Operations office.
  • Create and provide detailed and clear documentation of cost-related processes to allow for continuity of operations.
  • 5 years' experience in back-office program management tasking, cost forecasting, or financial analysis for government contracts is required.
  • Experience working for a very large contract or business area/segment is preferred.
  • Experience working on contracts with large volumes of direct hardware and software procurement is a plus.
  • Prior Microsoft Excel experience is required.
  • Familiarity with Power Query is a plus, but training will be provided otherwise.
  • Experience working with SharePoint in a program execution context is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with relational databases preferred.
  • Prior experience with Tableau is preferred, but it is not required.
  • Must be able to obtain TS/SCI level security clearance required.
