As a Process Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in analyzing, redesigning, and automating business processes across Sales Operations and other departments. You'll use tools like Python, SQL, APIs. This role offers a high level of autonomy and the chance to work cross-functionally, driving real impact in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Analyze & Improve Processes: Map existing business processes to identify pain points and inefficiencies. Partner with stakeholders to understand workflow challenges.
Design & Develop Solutions: Build and deploy automated tools using Python, SQL, APIs. Develop integrations across platforms like Salesforce, internal databases, and third-party tools.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales Operations, Data, Product, and Engineering teams to implement solutions.
Communicate & Document Solutions: Present insights and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Create technical documentation for reusability, maintenance, and transparency.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of efficiency across the company. Stay up to date on emerging technologies and suggest tools to improve team productivity.

Proficiency in Python
Experience with Google Apps Script
Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Docs, etc.)
Strong SQL skills
Some hands-on experience or strong interest in using AI tools to improve workflows and automate tasks (e.g., via APIs, LLMs, or productivity tools).

Familiarity with Salesforce
Understanding of API integration concepts
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Bonus: experience in process mapping or tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio.
