About The Position

The Business Process Analyst at Broadridge is responsible for providing specialized analytical, technical, and operational support at the business or department level. This role involves acting as a project leader on complex projects, developing reports, analyzing processes for improvements, and supporting business decisions through data analysis. The position is hybrid, allowing flexibility to work from home while being assigned to a Broadridge office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of retirement plans and financial services.
  • Knowledge of mutual funds and other security types, including trading and corporate action processes.
  • Highly skilled proficiency in the use of spreadsheet, presentation, and department-specific software.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows and PC software programs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel.
  • Ability to work independently and function as a member of a project team.
  • Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce complex ad hoc and automated departmental reports and spreadsheets, including project analysis and historical reporting.
  • Regularly review and analyze processes, volumes, staffing, and other trends for process improvements or re-engineering.
  • Research and gather business and financial information regarding business results and perform complex analyses to support business decisions.
  • Evaluate and understand complex interrelationships and effects among processes and interfacing applications.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the business functions, processes, and operations, keeping abreast of market trends.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of new projects, products, and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain user guides on client-facing applications and conduct training sessions with clients on new features.
  • Act as project leader in the execution of various complex and highly visible projects.
