This is a remote position that may only be hired in North Carolina. This position in the Digital Strategy and Planning function provides support for strategic planning, internal governance, communications, and development / execution / improvement of processes required to drive Enterprise Digital team's objectives. The individual works directly with Digital leadership, team leaders, internal business partners and stakeholders to drive a variety of run and change initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong generalist who can balance strategy with execution and adapt to evolving business priorities. Past experience working for large financial institutions in an internal strategy or planning or transformation and/or chief of staff roles is preferred. Proficiency and experience with written communications and PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences is critical.
