The mission of the Global Business Planning & Operations organization is to maximize business performance by serving as a trusted partner to the sales organization through effective planning, operations, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will identify and drive critical projects and strategic initiatives that support growth while maintaining the operational cadence necessary to surface valuable business insights. As the Business Planning & Operations Lead for 3PR NA, you will collaborate with the 3PR NA Sales Leaders and other cross-functional leaders, focusing on business planning, insights, operating cadence, sales enablement, and strategic projects aimed at driving scalable revenue growth and operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities. You will be expected to roll up your sleeves and drive towards simple, scalable solutions for complex problems. Strong project management skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate complex analytical results in a clear and understandable manner. Prior experience in supporting stakeholders will be critical to your success in this role.
