Requirements

• Degree in marketing, finance, sciences or economics is preferred.
• 5 years of FMCG or similar experience is desired alongside strong understanding of typical FMCG data sources - NiQ, Euromonitor, Economic indicators.
• Must be highly analytical, experience in analytics is a must.
• Desire and ability to understand the wider business to appreciate how your work impacts the bigger picture.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) and data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience of working in a matrix organisation or evidence of strong skills in managing and influencing a complex network of stakeholders across the business.
• Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset, multi-tasking and the aptitude to prioritize tasks is required.
• Attention to detail is a must, comfortable with making relevant logic assumptions to proxy data when needed as well as identify outliers in data that need validating.
• Passion for analytics and technology, i.e. well in touch with the latest trends in this field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective coordination between project stakeholders.
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and build relationships to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Identify key insights through superior analytics and communication skills to influence the business to optimize investment and drive growth.
• Serve as the single point of contact to support the Global Performance Management Squad planning, scheduling, and tracking analytics projects, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
• Help coordinate project resources by managing schedules, tracking resource utilization, and identifying potential bottlenecks.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports. Generate regular status updates and assist with project reports.
• Serve as a communication liaison between cross-functional stakeholders and the project team, ensuring clarity and alignment regarding project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Optimize performance reporting and process improvements, including investor relations, and external presentations, to meet evolving business needs and drive adoption through process, training and support.
• Build strong relationships with global strategy, Brand development, regional and local teams.
