About The Position

Dominion Energy has a position to be filled as either a Business Performance Analyst or Senior Business Performance Analyst level, dependent upon the qualifications and experience of the successful candidates. Successful candidates will be located at either the Clearinghouse or Innsbrook location in Richmond, VA. The Business Performance Analyst will prepare, analyze, and present financial case studies for a business process, define and develop performance metrics, analyze and recommend data collection process improvements, and ensure data integrity as it relates to reporting and analytics. The Senior Business Performance Analyst will work independently with business unit management to perform similar tasks and provide assistance and leadership to co-workers.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of relevant experience for Business Performance Analyst.
• 5-6+ years of relevant directly related work experience for Senior Business Performance Analyst.
• Strong planning, organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making.
• Effective analytical skills.
• Strong computer skills with Excel and Power Apps (Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Query).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with SAP, preferred.

• Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
• Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred disciplines listed above.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and present financial case studies for a business process.

• Develop cost/allocation, cost/benefit programs and models to support the development of business strategies.

• Perform varied analyses of an economic, business, and engineering nature.
