About The Position
Baird's Business Owner Solutions team provides guidance on mergers, acquisitions, ESOPs, and other similar transactions. They offer strategic advice and practical guidance to achieve optimal outcomes in business transitions. With experienced business valuation experts, they tailor each project to the client's unique situation and needs, grounding their valuations in the real world. Additionally, they assist with developing comprehensive exit plans for business owners transitioning to new ownership or the next generation, ensuring long-term financial security and preserving business legacies. As a Business Owner Solutions - Associate, you will engage in a range of M&A assignments to acquire practical experience, conduct financial analysis, develop models, research industries, and create marketing materials. You will effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, oversee the preparation of valuations, financial models, marketing documents, and client presentations, while also researching new business opportunities. You will work alongside senior bankers and client management on different transactions.
