About The Position

This position provides the opportunity and environment for an individual to develop broad, comprehensive knowledge and experience, in a plant environment, of the overall business, including but not limited to: safety, manufacturing processes and products, supervision, human resources, process improvement, engineering, finance, special projects, etc. Some overnight travel required.

Requirements

• College degree in engineering, business, or equivalent work experience in related job function.
• Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in related job function.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop broad knowledge and experience in a plant environment.
• Understand safety, manufacturing processes, and products.
• Supervise and manage human resources.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives.
• Work on engineering and finance projects.
• Participate in special projects.
