About The Position
U.S. Bank's Treasury & Payment Solutions (TPS) division is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to manage key Sales Administration processes. This position will be responsible for reviewing and understanding sales data and must be able to analyze detailed pricing data with accuracy and follow documented procedures in an accurate and timely manner. They must be comfortable in communicating with various levels within the organization including all levels of management and with members of the sales teams. They will maintain systems and processes to track data and results of their analysis and provide accurate reporting back to management on a regular basis. They will need to be able to identify trends and provide feedback on solutions. They will ensure their work is properly documented at all times and complies with established policies and procedures. In addition, they will be responsible for analyzing and providing recommendations on ways to improve other sales administration processes and will participate in the development and/or modification of sales tools and applications. They will act as a liaison and technical resource between management, staff and the technology teams and manage changes through to implementation.
