About The Position
Wonderschool is building technology to support child care providers across home-based, government, and nonprofit settings. Our platform helps providers run high-quality programs, operate sustainable businesses, and connect with families through an accessible childcare marketplace. As we continue to grow, we’re interested in connecting with Business Operations professionals who are excited to work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership. This posting is intended to build relationships with candidates for potential future openings on our Business Operations team. Future Business Operations roles at Wonderschool may include: Supporting senior leadership on strategic planning, prioritization, and execution Driving cross-functional initiatives across Finance, People, Marketing, Product, and Operations Managing complex projects from concept through delivery Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and operational efficiency Building dashboards, models, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making Using automation and AI tools to improve workflows, reporting, and scalability
Requirements
- Experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, business operations, or strategic roles at high-growth startups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort working with data and financial models
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels
- Interest in fast-paced, evolving environments with high ownership and impact
Responsibilities
