About The Position

As a key member of our Business Operations team, you'll be a versatile, go-to generalist-someone who can jump into any challenge and get it done. You won't be pigeonholed into a narrow specialty. Instead, you'll support everything from launching new sites and managing field operations to engaging with community stakeholders and troubleshooting in real time. Think of this role as a dynamic operations leader who bridges our global tech platform with the practical realities on the ground.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, analytics, or related experience; high-growth or tech business experience
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Dallas-Fort Worth, and ideally, have experience living in the area
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership and managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Must be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area (or open to relocation; assistance available)

Responsibilities

  • Build & Connect: Develop and maintain robust relationships with a diverse range of external partners-from community leaders and local government to retail partners and public safety officials.
  • Launch & Execute: Drive the rollout of new sites and operational initiatives across the Dallas-Fort Worth region, ensuring seamless execution from planning through launch.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with teams in permitting, flight operations, marketing, and policy to streamline processes and solve problems quickly.
  • Field Activations: Organize and lead events and on-the-ground activations that build trust, raise awareness, and cement Zipline's presence in local neighborhoods.
  • Problem Solve: Serve as the "jack-of-all-trades" who identifies challenges early and implements practical, effective solutions.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather insights from external partners and internal teams, translating them into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
