Business Operations & Strategy Project Manager (NCG): The winning candidate will be a motivated and analytical New College Graduate to join our team as a Business Operations & Strategy Project Manager. This entry-level role will support strategic planning, program management, and business analytics in a dynamic technology environment. You will be responsible for key initiatives, maintain operating cadence, and develop insights that inform decision-making across the organization while ensuring compliance and confidentiality in all documentation and processes.

  • Assist in creating and maintaining an operating rhythm playbook for a growing organization.
  • Support program management for key meetings, forums, and technical projects.
  • Help prepare executive communications for strategic planning and business reviews.
  • Contribute to dashboards, trackers, and scorecards for performance visibility.
  • Learn and assist with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to provide business insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to project deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and confidentiality requirements in documentation (e.g., part numbers, shipment conformity).
  • Participate in change management and adoption efforts for new tools and processes.
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
