The Business Operations & Strategy Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Chief of Staff and senior leadership team. This role helps drive organizational alignment, accelerates key initiatives, and strengthens executive decision-making. It also involves confidential, highly variable work that does not follow a predictable 9–5 rhythm. The position blends analytical rigor, program management, and cross-functional leadership to ensure the executive office operates with clarity, speed, and impact. Strategic Planning & Execution Support development of annual and multi-year strategic plans; translate high-level objectives into actionable workstreams. Track progress on enterprise priorities, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and required decisions. Conduct structured analyses and prepare recommendations to support executive decision-making. Executive Support & Decision Enablement Draft exec-level briefs, presentations, and communications with clear narratives Manage intake and prioritization of requests to the Chief of Staff and CEO Synthesize inputs from multiple functions to provide concise, data-backed recommendations Program & Initiative Management Oversee high-visibility initiatives that span teams or business units. Establish project governance, milestones, and KPIs; ensure execution stays on track. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve blockers. Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a trusted liaison between the executive office and internal stakeholders. Build strong relationships across the organization to accelerate alignment and follow-through. Coordinate external engagements, including board meetings, partner interactions, and strategic events. Qualifications Experience & Skills 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, chief of staff, or similar roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; able to distill complexity into clear insights. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives. High EQ, stakeholder management skills, and executive presence.
