Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in operations, supply chain management, engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years of prior experience in operations, sales or marketing operations, logistics, supply chain, or consulting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in scaling a fast-growing company.
• Excellent business acumen and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Visio/Lucid charting tools.
• Ability to identify necessary analyses and provide recommendations to internal partners.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and analysis to assist business units/departments in becoming more effective and efficient.
• Specialize in spotting weaknesses and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and analyze data, formulate and test hypotheses, synthesize findings, and develop actionable plans.
• Maintain key tools and functions while working closely with product teams to drive necessary technology enhancements.
• Recommend new tools and processes, develop business cases, and implement them effectively.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current processes, analyze their impact, and prioritize improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to optimize work production throughout the organization.
• Develop improved operational cadence in your area of responsibility.
• Seek ways to reduce costs where appropriate.
• Perform project post-mortems and drive enhancements.
