The Water Services Department (WSD) is seeking a Business Operations Specialist (BOS) to support its Technology Services Division (TSD). This internal customer-facing role is key to how technology supports and enables WSD's mission. Working closely with department leadership and the Assistant Chief Information Officer (ACIO), the BOS functions as a strategic partner - blending business insight with operational awareness to help shape data-informed, outcome-driven technology solutions. Though not a technical position, the BOS acts much like a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) or Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), building strong partnerships, uncovering business needs, and ensuring technology investments align with strategic goals. This role balances collaboration, business analysis, and performance storytelling to drive service excellence and innovation.
