About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic colleague to join our Business Operations team in San Jose. This position involves collaborating with our dynamic customers, North America Sales, and TSMC fabs in global locations to tackle daily business operational challenges. You will report to the Manager of the Business Operations Support team, and the job is based in San Jose, CA. Our work schedule follows a hybrid model, requiring you to work four days in the office, with potential early evening hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in business or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally within the semiconductor industry, sales support, or supply chain sector.
• Strong data analysis and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to establish new accounts and business engagements
• Coordinate and execute daily business operations, business transactions, and sales data analysis
• Participate in customer business review meetings, conference calls and customer visits
• Manage customer order delivery schedule and order loading capacity planning
• Execute shipments in compliance with global export regulations
• Maintain client relationships and respond to customer inquiries regarding order delivery status, shipments, RMA, and other concerns
• Collaborate with TSMC cross-functional teams in the US and global locations on manufacturing and supply chain logistics progress
• Perform other duties as assigned, including sales system enhancement projects, B2B activities, post-sales service, and consigned material reviews
