The Business Operations Process and Systems Manager at Mortenson Dental Partners is responsible for leading the operational systems and processes within the organization. This role involves assessing current operational processes, identifying training gaps, and implementing solutions to enhance overall performance. The manager will oversee complex projects, guide training initiatives, and act as a subject matter expert for various systems used within the company.

  • Researches, analyzes, and recommends improvements to MDP's business processes and systems to enhance organization and performance.
  • Studies operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develops project plans to design and drive change that improves business results.
  • Leads large complex projects and creates task forces of key contributors to address specific issues and processes.
  • Guides support department projects that impact practice teams to minimize negative impacts and maximize efficiency.
  • Leads the design and delivery of ongoing virtual training for MDP technical systems and processes for team members and leaders.
  • Plans and executes live on-site training when necessary.
  • Operates as a decision maker and subject matter expert for online content design for systems to be delivered by MDPU.
  • Inspires, develops, and trains the Operations Specialist position.
  • Delegates and empowers individuals to make decisions and carry out actions promoting accountability.
  • Manages a wide pool of resources for special circumstances such as large acquisitions and systems updates.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Mortenson Dental Partner's business processes and systems, including OpenDental, SARA, EDA, NEA, and others.
  • Master's Degree (Preferred)
  • 3-5 years of working with Mortenson Dental Partner's internal systems (Preferred)
