We are the regional resource for a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach to pain management including spine surgeries, image guided injections, joint injections, chronic back pain related to back/joints and opioid-free pain management strategies. The Business Operations Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the practice including overseeing all duties of the front and back-office operations and makes key business decisions. Is responsible for proposing and managing budgets, ensuring the practice remains financially sustainable while delivering excellent customer service. The manager will represent the clinic at physician and senior leader-level meetings, as well as communicate with the clinic's medical staff, department heads, clinicians and other subordinate staff. Responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of the practice.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Encompass a wide range of secretarial, computer and medical information, which includes communication, problem solving and prioritizing skills

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years secretarial experience preferred
  • Medical terminology and computer knowledge preferred

Responsibilities
