The Business Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational and administrative management of the Berger Foundation Iceplex, with primary ownership of systems, scheduling, and Welcome Center operations. This is a systems-driven role requiring a strong background in software management, scheduling platforms, POS systems, and operational workflows. The Business Operations Manager serves as the primary administrator of DaySmart, ensuring accuracy across scheduling, registrations, waivers, staffing inputs, and reporting. This role oversees Welcome Center operations, including staff management, concessions, skate rentals, liability waivers, and customer service escalation. The position reports to the General Manager and serves as Manager on Duty as required. This role has authority to make day-to-day operational decisions related to scheduling, staffing, and Welcome Center operations within approved guidelines. This role pays an annual salary of $80,000 to $90,000 and is bonus eligible Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays). Located at Acrisure Arena , the Berger Foundation Iceplex serves as the premier community ice facility in the Coachella Valley. Designed for hockey and skating programs while supporting large-scale events, the Iceplex delivers a high-volume, customer-facing experience that relies heavily on efficient systems, scheduling, and operations.
