About The Position
The Business Operations Manager is responsible for business technology systems used in the production and servicing of mortgages for IBMC. Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of business applications and the related infrastructure. This position will manage projects and translate business needs into execution in the ICE MT Encompass, ICE (Black Knight) MSP suite, MyIBMCHQ, MyIBMCLoan and other related IBMC systems and applications.
