Business Operations Manager

About the position

Intrepid Global Solutions (Intrepid) is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our National Security, Engineering, and Technology Solutions (NSETS) business unit. This position will serve as a key member of the National Security leadership team and assist with current operations and help grow the Intelligence Community (IC) portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Program Management Reviews (PMRs)
• SCIF expansion
• Classified proposal system
• Staffing Support: Assist with building candidate pipeline for future new hires in the following skill areas: System Engineering, Cyber, Cloud, Data, Application Development, and Networks.
• Assist with proposal development
• Assist with responding to RFIs and Market Surveys
• Assist with establishment of industry relationships
• Assist with building and cultivating customer relationships

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Customer IC domain experience and knowledge of McLean-based IC customer programs
• Experience working in IC-based Mission IT and/or Engineering & Integration scope programs
• Established relationships with Industry partners supporting the IC
