As a Business Operations Manager on the Sales Operations team in our New York City Office, you'll play a vital role in owning and managing the core operational aspects of the global Publisher sales organization. This includes developing processes to drive efficiencies across the organization to support the day-to-day of the Publisher Sales and Account Management teams.

  • Strategizing and managing the development of Sales and Account Management processes, tools, knowledge and skills
  • Evaluating existing Sales operations technology, including generative AI platforms and determining optimal tools for overall success, reporting and KPIs
  • Ensuring systems are in place and are utilized to capture and report on Sales and Account Management KPIs, including developing integration roadmaps for various systems and processes
  • Conducting analysis to gain deeper insights into our business and help Sales and Account Management teams understand how to scale, manage and grow our business predictably and profitably
  • Leading projects and initiatives with a focus on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout the Publisher organization
  • Working collaboratively with internal Taboola teams (BI, Information System, Marketing, Legal and Finance) in order to provide the best service to the global Sales team
  • Communicating key process information, deadlines, task definition, etc. to groups within the sales organization
  • Performing analysis of business sales process, providing recommendations and actions based on the strategic objectives and rolling out new processes
  • Ongoing data integrity in the CRM system and conducting ongoing analysis to validate data accuracy.
  • 3-5+ years of sales operations, business consulting, business operations
  • Solid experience with Salesforce, MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., QlikSense)
  • Ability to understand high-level Sales and Account Management strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure successful execution and business impact
  • Proven ability collecting business intelligence, monitoring and identifying trends within data, and making sound business recommendations to management
  • SQL skills and comfortable learning new software systems
  • Ability to lead projects, influence key internal stakeholders, and work collaboratively in a matrix organization
  • Ad-Tech industry experience
  • Knowledge working with prospecting enrichment or customer success tools
  • Experience with generative AI tools to drive personal or organizational efficiency
