About The Position

The Business Operations Manager will be based in the Atlanta market and will support the Southeast Region of Marinas, specifically in Georgia, Tennessee, and Kentucky. This role partners with the Regional Director and General Managers to provide operational support, focusing on operations, asset management, customer service, and achieving financial results. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Prior Marina experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external customers.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Work with property teams to ensure accurate and timely monthly reforecasting.
• Provide support for lease review, renewal, and negotiations, including interaction with governmental agencies.
• Support Marina properties operationally as requested by the Regional Vice President, including travel to support General Managers.
• Participate in the management of CapEx, focusing on Maintenance CapEx, including vendor relationships and scheduling.
• Partner with FP&A to support financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, and maintenance CapEx.
• Identify potential revenue opportunities in collaboration with the RVP and Revenue Manager.
• Review Yext and Site Visit Reports with General Managers to celebrate successes and identify opportunities.
