About The Position

The Business Operations Manager for Digital Advertising at BTI Solutions is responsible for designing and supporting the operational foundations for new product solutions and strategies. This role involves defining end-to-end workflows from pitch to pay for optimal tracking and execution, identifying gaps in technical and operational plans, and proposing solutions. The manager will enforce business policy compliance on all new audience strategies and build RACI for operationalization across teams including Sales, Finance, Product, and Sales Systems. Additionally, the role requires enhancing day-to-day campaign workflow structure with solutions that bring operational excellence and incremental efficiencies, driving internal product and engineering development on platform features, and collaborating with various teams to create automated, scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years working in an organization that supports the Advertising Sales function with F100 brands.
  • Must be task driven and have the ability to produce and hit key deliverable deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills required.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising space, with knowledge of programmatic landscape, Connected TV & upcoming technologies, industry trends, and major players.
  • Ability to manage and work effectively within cross-functional and matrix relationships.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic insight to build business cases for support resources.
  • Consulting experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate manner.
  • Collaborate with team members of Sales Operations.
