About The Position

You are experienced in process improvement, business transformation, and change management. A role as a Business Operations Manager making meaningful change in an industry-leading Commercial Real Estate department is for you. As a Business Operations Manager in Commercial Real Estate, you will lead strategic change, including operating model, process, technology, product and risk/controls. You will become a business subject matter expert who partners across all functional areas to develop a best in class client and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Five plus years of project management experience with emphasis on process re-engineering and business transformation
  • Ability to work in a demanding, fast paced environment with competing priorities
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Proven track record of leading successful projects and initiatives
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced expertise with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Pitch Pro

  • In depth understanding of Commercial Real Estate operations and market dynamics
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively; develop strong partnership with multiple levels of employees
  • Leadership experience in managing diverse teams and driving organizational change
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret and present complex data
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; MBA is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic change across Commercial Real Estate by leading cross-functional teams
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Work with Technology and Product teams to prioritize and deliver projects and process re-engineering efforts to deliver operational excellence
  • Partner with Sales, Credit Risk, Payments and middle office on process design and execution
  • Help determine changes to roles and responsibilities as technology, business process and operating models evolve
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
