The Business Operations Manager for AWS US Federal Professional Services is a strategic role focused on enhancing operational excellence and maximizing goal attainment. This position involves providing data-driven insights, managing business metrics, and supporting the leadership team in planning and execution.   • Provide strategic guidance to ProServe Business Leaders, implementing best practices.
  • Manage dashboards, regional reports, and executive review documents to provide data-driven insights on KPIs.
  • Lead the execution of the annual planning process, including bookings, revenue, headcount, and utilization.
  • Establish baseline metrics and reports to support new practices and goals.
  • Act as a business partner to Professional Services leadership, providing insights to shape business strategy.
  • Lead business reviews and analyze gaps to goal, supporting overall business health.
  • Implement and monitor success metrics to drive predictability in operations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for ProServe Sales and Delivery teams.
  • Establish business rhythm and cadence, leading meetings and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to track and report key performance indicators against goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Familiarity with Public Sector and knowledge of government acquisitions and applicable mandates.
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret (TS/SCI).
  • 5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience.
  • Experience working within a high-growth technology company.
  • MBA with a concentration in Business or Finance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
