Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering is a must. MBA a plus
• 3+ years' experience that includes Factory, Supply Chain and/or operations in semiconductor industry
• Understanding of the semiconductor industry
• Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing preferred
• Self-starter with strong semiconductor supply chain experience
• Collaboration and teamwork across multiple functions and global sites
• Business acumen
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Process management / process improvement

Nice To Haves

• Tableau/PowerBI is a plus
• Experience with large data/SQL is a plus

Responsibilities

• Be at the center of strategic planning and executing for large capacity ramps of onsemi's most strategic products
• Work with stakeholders from with PSG organization and support groups to ensure the successful ramp of key new products
• Contribute to Supply vision and strategy to meet quarterly forecast set by the business unit
• Identify, diagnose and execute on opportunities to improve the end-to-end Supply Chain
• Document the demand, create models for operational execution and Long Range Plans
• Develop KPIs and metrics and report progress on a regular cadence for supply and demand
